The Challenge
Centerforce Performance Clutch is a manufacturer of performance clutches and flywheels. The principal challenge was to develop an ecommerce website site with a modern and edgy design that assists people with the ability to select the right clutch, pressure plate or flywheel based on their application. Although, this may seem simple, Centerforce has been manufacturing competition rated clutch and pressure plate systems since the early eighties for both stock and performance applications. Resulting in numerous combinations of clutch, pressure plate or flywheel arrangements of fitments and applications. Centerforce has always understood the importance of quality and required that any information that is presented to their consumers need to be accurate as possible. Goals & Objectives
1 - Design a new website would reflect the Centeforce Brand.
2 - Accurately assign a part to the right fitment and application.
3 - Integrate Social Media throughout the design. Centerforce team understands the importance of social media to continue to grow the Centerforce brand.
4 - Maintain the Centerforce 3-step distribution channel.
5 - Showcase Centerforce University throughout the website.
Results
Centerforce was launched on April 17, 2012. Using Google analytics, Google webmaster tools, and other online monitoring tools, WebInjected provided baseline measurements in a website report card.
